Before your massage
Confirm your session type and duration, wear comfortable clothes and allow time to check in. Tell your therapist about pressure, scent and product sensitivities or areas you do not want touched.
During the session
Speak up if pressure or temperature is uncomfortable. You can ask to change position, take a break or stop. Severe pain should not be treated as a normal requirement.
After your massage
Get up slowly, notice how you feel and drink water as needed. Mild soreness can occur the next day; seek medical advice for severe, persistent or concerning symptoms.
When to consult a healthcare professional
If you are pregnant, take blood thinners, recently had surgery or an injury, or have a significant health concern, seek advice before booking. Massage does not replace medical diagnosis or care.
