Definitions
Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. KVKK means Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Data Controller means the person or entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity: Full name.
- Contact: Telephone number and, where provided, email address.
- Reservation: Selected service or VIP suite package, preferred date, time window, party size, and optional note.
- Consent and security: Privacy notice acknowledgement time, notice version, and limited IP hash and browser information used for security and abuse prevention.
Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal data in the optional note field.
3. Retention
Reservation, communication, and associated consent records are retained for one year from the request date, unless applicable law requires a longer period. They are deleted, destroyed, or anonymised when the period and processing purpose end.
4. Processing Purposes
Personal data is processed to answer communications, receive and evaluate reservation and service requests, assess availability, contact the guest, retain request and notice records, support information security and abuse prevention, conduct business operations, and, only where separate permission exists, conduct marketing communications. Acknowledging the privacy notice in the reservation form does not constitute marketing consent.
5. Data Transfers
Personal data is not transferred abroad. It may be shared domestically with authorised service providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service and subject to applicable security safeguards, or with competent public authorities in response to lawful requests.
6. Collection Methods and Legal Grounds
Personal data is collected electronically or verbally through telephone, the website and reservation form, and social media channels, and is processed under the legal grounds applicable to the specific activity under Article 5 of the KVKK. Where explicit consent is required, notice and consent are handled separately.
7. Cookies
Non-essential cookies are not activated without the visitor’s active permission. Please review our Cookie Policy for the current inventory and preference controls.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and recipients, request correction, deletion, or destruction where legal conditions apply, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
